Students simply access the desired site, complete the search criteria stating amenity level, price and location and pick from an extensive list of properties, complete with photos, which match their requirements.

Having found the rented property they want, students can also access up to date, high quality advice, compiled and maintained for Netlet by Unipol Student Homes. This section offers comprehensive, current housing advice and support resources. Students can learn about market conditions in their area, get advice on how to find the right property quickly and easily, acquire information on deposits and contracts, obtain a full listing of other agencies offering housing advice and support and find out how to deal with disrepair.
